1.6. A 'Product' means an electronic document in a proper format that is the result of the completion of the order.

1.7. A 'Product Revision' denotes an edited variant of the original product made on customer’s request.

1.8. 'Support Team or Support' is a structural department of the company the mission of which is to assist and manage the order procedures.

1.9. 'Quality Assurance Department' is a structural part of the ResumeWritingLab Company with the mission to check and evaluate the quality of the products and services provided by the Company.

1.10.The 'Support Area' stands for an interactive system which allows effective communication of a client and support specialist.

2. The Nature of the Product and Terms of Service

When ordering services from the Company, you agree to these conditions as well as to pay the denoted price for your order. 4. Order Process

4.1. Order Placement. During the process of placing the order the client bears full responsibility for providing the correct phone number and valid e-mail address through which he can be reached (better to provide both mobile and landline). 4.5. Writer obligation. As soon as the writer, specialized in the corresponding field, is assigned to an order he should come into contact with the customer if that was previously requested. The customer in his turn may get in touch with the client via e-mail in the agreed time.

4.6. Direct contact with the writer. In case the customer wants to communicate with the writer working on his order directly, he should schedule the time through the support area. The client is asked to be cooperative in the terms of scheduling the contact and inform the customer support team in advance about the necessity of a call.

4.6.1. The phone call should not take more than 20 minutes and you will get notification from the writer accordingly.

4.6.2. The writer bears responsibility for gathering all the key points, job goals and complaints, and making all the corrections requested to any resume product. All the job-related significant details, such as education, experience, trainings and seminars attended should be uploaded before the contact and not transferred during the call.

4.7. Getting answers from Support Area. The site’s support area was designed to provide easy and convenient communication between the customer and the writer. The client is responsible for checking the messages sent to his email address for any updates from the writer or support team representative. The failure or neglect in checking the letters is not a sufficient ground for refund request or services rendered. Any customer can also check FAQ page to get answers people frequently apply for.

4.8. Incorrect order placement. ResumeWritingLab reserves the right to stop processing the order or to resubmit it if the details provided are inconsistent or does not comply with the order's original description. The mistakes in the description, wrong product choice may cause the need of additional payments on the part of the customer and deadline extension. Mind please that this is done by the Company with the aim of properly processing the received orders and match the best possible authors to complete them. The customer will be contacted for the additional charges or requests to be approved.

5. Delivery/ Downloading Policy

5.1. ResumeWritingLab strives for the highest possible level of customers’ satisfaction available. Nevertheless, the company will not be liable or accept responsibility for the delivery problems caused by such things as spam filters, wrong email, poor internet connection, general neglect, etc., as they are beyond the company’s control not because of its fault. The customer support department is available round the clock to help the customer solve any delivery issues with the order and you will get the answer not later than 12 hours after sending the message to the representative.

5.2. If the product has been delivered on time, the company will not accept responsibility for the customer’s failure or inability to download the completed product. 6. Cancellation Policy

6.1. It is impossible to guarantee a refund for the full price in case of cancellation. Once you make an order with ResumeWritingLab, you acknowledge that we may start working on your order immediately after receiving it. This may include reformatting the documents, typing in the details, professional consultation, etc.)

6.2. If the customer has valid reasons for cancellation of the order, ResumeWritingLab offers a cancellation policy to cover our basic costs.

  • You can receive 90% of the initial cost up to 24 hours after purchase of ResumeWritingLab services.
  • You can receive 50% of the initial cost up to 48 hours after purchase of ResumeWritingLab services.
  • No refund will be made after the document was finished.

The client will receive the refund within 30 days of cancellation order.

7. Termination

7.1. The Company is free to cancel any paid order in its own discretion in case the lack of cooperation from the customer’s side effects the process of order completion. More than that, the Company has the right to cancel an order in case there is a suspicion that the customer may be engaged in a fraudulent activity. ResumeWritingLab does not guarantee refund under the above-mentioned circumstances. Each case is carefully analyzed and the final decision is taken depending on a number of factors. The Company is free to take action in reliance with the particular conditions of each separate case.

7.2. ResumeWritingLab maintains the right to cancel any contact with abusive clients who demonstrate any signs of aggressive behavior towards the members of ResumeWritingLab staff.

8. Revision policy

8.1. The revision policy which is free at ResumeWritingLab.com is a service which the company offers to make certain the customer is fully satisfied with the order fulfilled. In case the customer fails to review or download the product within a 7-day period, the company doesn’t grant free revision.

8.2. 8.5. The number of revisions is limited to three and any new additional required changes will be observed as a new editing service.

8.6. ResumeWritingLab reserves the right to come into contact with the customers via email regarding new special offers, discounts and services, and any other information which may be considered by the company useful or relevant for the customers.

8.7. If you suspect that there is an error in billing (e.g. the client sends the payment twice or pays for the wrong service), ResumeWritingLab provides policy to immediately refund the money and investigate the case.

9. Satisfaction guarantee

9.1. The product ordered at Resume Writing Lab is guaranteed to be of excellent quality and delivered on time.

9.2. ResumeWritingLab does not and cannot provide any guarantees that the original documents got from the customer will be totally re-written if the order is placed for editing services. The company makes the revision of the current resume in terms of vocabulary, grammar and formatting in accordance with the customer’s initial instructions. ResumeWritingLab will not refund any amount in case that the edited document is considered to be copy-pasted.

9.3. Resume Writing Lab doesn’t and cannot offer refund, as our writing services are rendered solely in digital format, therefore, cannot be physically returned to the company and writer, who have accomplished work, in particular. To guarantee high quality of our service we offer our clients free revisions and improvements of the documents.

10. Complaints

10.1. ResumeWritingLab does everything possible to respond to all correspondence within 48 hours from receipt. If the client has any complaints, they should be sent directly to the Managing Director including the details such as the reasons for the complaint.

10.2. Resume writing has its tendencies and naturally people may have different views on what can be considered a "good" resume. As a result, resume writing fees are generally non-refundable since it takes time to create unique documents. Additionally, ResumeWritingLab never reuses the content or makes additional profit by reselling templates. Thus, it is up to Manager to choose which particular case requires partial or full refund.

10.3. By using ResumeWritingLab, clients acknowledge and agree to respect our terms. Once the client orders the document, they should understand that it will be crafted in our particular styling. If for any subjective reasons the customer denies the professional insight and style of the document provided by the assigned writer, the Company has the right to discontinue the communication. To profit from your investment, ResumeWritingLab recommends to cooperate with the writer and allow them to do their job properly.

11. Waiver of Breach

11.1. No waiver by the ResumeWritingLab on any breach of these terms and conditions by the customer should be treated as a waiver of any other or subsequent breach. All measures covered in the present agreement should be viewed and regarded as complementary, that is why they remain in effect in addition to the legislative measures or provided herein.

11.2. The inability of ResumeWritingLab Company to assert a strict performance of any of the terms and conditions of this agreement should be taken as a waiver of the rights or solutions which the company may have in regards to that specific case only. It shall not be viewed as a waiver of any consequent breach of default in any terms and conditions.

12. Amendments

12.1. ResumeWritingLab has the right to alter, modify, review, or otherwise change any or all provisions of the present agreement. The customers agree to be bound by the possible modifications, amendments, revisions, or changes as described herein by the continued rendition of services by the company. The customer is responsible for reviewing the present terms and conditions for changes on a regular basis, as all the alterations are reflected in this section of the site.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1. ResumeWritingLab has the right to alter, modify, review, or otherwise change any or all provisions of the present agreement. The customers agree to be bound by the possible modifications, amendments, revisions, or changes as described herein by the continued rendition of services by the company. The customer is responsible for reviewing the present terms and conditions for changes on a regular basis, as all the alterations are reflected in this section of the site.

13.1. Entire Agreement – The present agreement covers the entire stipulations between the customer and the company and consequently no declarations, promises, or guarantees of either of the parties or agent which are inconsistent herein are valid or binding unless stated in this agreement. The present agreement cannot be modified, altered or enlarged in any other form than in writing signed by both parties and indorsed in present terms and conditions. The present agreement replaces all prior communications, manifestations, or agreements, in verbal or written form, made between the company and the customer.

13.2. Severability - It is realized and agreed by the client that in case that any part or section of these terms and conditions is held illegal or in conflict with the legislation of the state where applied by the courts, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected and the rights and responsibilities of the customer should be interpreted and imposed as if the agreement did not contain the specific invalid part, term or provision.

13.3. Law Governing - It is mutually agreed and settled that the resent agreement is governed by the legislation of the area where ResumeWritingLab holds its principal place of business, interpretation as well as performance, or in any other place at the determination of the company.

13.4. Place of Suit - Any act or other judicial proceeding aimed at the enforcement of the present agreement or any of its regulations should be introduced in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the place where the Company holds its principal place of business or in any other place at the determination of the Company.

14. Use of Images

14.1. All graphical elements and images you may find on ResumeWritingLab.com are used with the permission of the original author. It is prohibited to use, duplicate, or modify any media files displayed on the website. This will violate the copyright, trademark, privacy and publicity laws unless the permission of the Company or the original author was given.

15. Use of Infographics

15.1. ResumeWritingLab prohibits any use of infographics displayed on the website unless it was agreed upon by both parties or with the original author. The infographics may be redistributed provided only if full credit is given to ResumeWritingLab. The link to the original content is compulsory. Any unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of the original infographics is prohibited.
